Furness Mascot Art Contest!

We are current holding a contest for the Mascot of our site and our conventions.  Please feel free to register for our forums, and Submit your picture or link to your picture. Once we have a good amount, we will set a cutoff date and take votes on which will be our new mascot!

Well I did one with the flaming saguaro ringtail albeit just a d b/w drawing.  What should I do next.  Just insert away?

Hey, I'm new here!  This caught my eye immediately, though..

I have a Phoenix character (Named Feanyx, actually), that I'm willing to add to submissions, as long as I can still use him for my personal business, etc.  (I'm a stock illustration artist)...so like, you won't get pissed off if you see him on a pack of like....Phoenix Brand Paper Towels or something like that in the future.  I've got plenty of pics and animation of him.   Here ya go..  My boy, Feanyx!

I personally say, Gila monster

Of arizona, I think the critters that are most recognized as an 'Arizona' animal, are Coyotes, Cactus Wrens, and Gila monsters. Also, the Cactus Wren is the state bird, and the Ringtail Cat is the state mammal. Just thought I'd throw that out.

Yes, it has been decided, and it's the coyote. Lot's of really good reasons, why. We haven't discussed naming yet..... good point. I will check with the chair on that next meeting if not before.
